Dai Smith, ChairPROFESSOR DAI SMITH (Chair) is a distinguished historian and writer on Welsh arts and culture. In January 2005 he stood down as Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Glamorgan and has since been appointed as the first holder of The Raymond Williams Research Chair in the Cultural History of Wales at Swansea University.
